NewsgroupDirect is one of the premium Usenet providers with access to both the US and EU. They offer a plan that can suit pretty much the needs of any user. They offer plans starting at $7.95 - $19.95, with the highest being the only one that provides unlimited downloading per month versus caps. Retention is a big plus at 115 days for binaries.  Support is either via email or live support chat, and offers a heavy content of information in their knowledgebase.

Features
115 days of binary retention and 4 price plans raning from 20/GB - 60/GB caps depending on your specific needs with an available unlimited plan at its highest price point. Free Newsrover newsreader for any price plan and an extensive knowledgebase and multiple channel support. Additionally, referral credits for members.

Support
Support is greatly extensive with NewsgroupDirect. They offer Live Chat as well email support 24/7. Email support ranges from about an hour or two for a response, and found to be quite courteous. The knowledgebase/FAQ section of the site is huge, and perfect for both the begginner to the usenet master.

Conclusion
NewsgroupDirect has a lot of things going for the service. They surpassed all of our benchmarks with flying colors. The 115 days retnetion and the support was the most noted attributes of the service. The caps on most of the plans lean us to recommend the higer priced plan at $19.95, but whatever plan you get, with a free newsreader thrown in makes the service especially enticing. With this site, its safe to say to check often as they run different promotions that can save you even more from what are pretty cheap prices for Usenet. Overall, NewsgroupDirect gets high marks for both service and support.
