Conclusion
UseNext has a great service. However, they offer little in certain benchmarks. The FAQ and client incentive programs are limited. A bit on the pricey side makes it less attractive than it could be. 200 day retention is great, but they lack SSL connections. The affiliate program may benefit webmasters, but no incentive for customer referrals for any discounts. Unique by offering its own newsreader is definitely a credit, but the inferiority of the software versus commercially available newsreaders keeps it from being praised. Usenext definitely delivers its promises of the retention and speed, but needs a bit more finishing touches on certain areas to be considered a top 5 contender.
